TAZMIN MILLANG KARAN Company (TMK Co.) started the activity in IRAN in 1998 with manufacturing automotive crankshaft for Megamotor co. to be used for Nissan Z24 assembling by SAIPA Company. TMK Co. is the main supplier of crankshaft for Megamotor co. as it meets over 90% of the mentioned company needs to this important ‎and complex part.
The crankshaft production was launched in 1999, based on the knowledge and experiences of TMK Co. expert engineering and production teams.
The capacity of TMK Co. is 50,000 parts per year and it is going to be increased through development plans.
Employing over 120 people, we are the main supplier of Nissan Z24 crankshaft in Iran and the unique private company capable of manufacturing special machines for crankshaft production operations along with all process such as fillet rolling and case induction hardening machines, while we aim to maintain high quality standards.
Our engineering department attained many great accomplishments during the years.
Design and manufacturing all machines, special jigs & fixtures for production lines, equipments used for crankshaft's induction hardening, and exact measurement tools and also control tools are some instances.
Our another innovation is design and manufacturing an special fillet rolling machine in order to adapt the production conditions to the requirements of technical documents, drawings, and operational characteristics of crankshaft.
Special software and hardware systems enable us to fulfill our plans and new projects.
